The underlying theme that pleasurably leads tourists up and down the Marches is the desire to discover the flavours and tastes of our typical dishes.

Above all, the famous "Olive all'ascolana" (Ascoli olives) is a dish, already noted in Italy and abroad, that pleasantly accompanied with a wide variety of wines from this area, makes an impression on the taste buds and creates a particular enogastronomic memory.
 

Particular attention is given also to Maccheroncino di Campofilone, a typical dish of the town of Campofilone (only 10 km from us), a recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation in the homes of Campofilone. In August, one can taste the handmade egg pasta at the food festival of the same name.
